High Speed Automatic Cartoning Machine

Model FZ300C is full automatic high speed continuous cartooning machine, suitable for products put into cartons such as capsule blister, soft paste tube, medicine ball tray, ALU/ALU and bags.
The whole machine adopts cantilever touch screen for easy operation, compact design and creative human engineering structure, makes it easy for maintain.
We adopt advanced industrial control system and HMI touch screen, the precision can be 0.001mm and can realize online fault detect and provide solutions. In addition,  we can provide remote operation. If connection the other machines, we can realize positioning stop machines at same time for easy to operate and maintain the whole packing line.

Features:

1. Fast changeover, only need simple tool to change multitouch screen has data store function, usually it takes 15-25mins for changing different products.
2. Protection system, all motion structures have sensor to avoid of machine malfunction.
3. Quality guaranteed. Many sensors for checking motion parts of machine.
4. Product detection. To check product height, loss, and articles.
5. Manual instruction detection. For checking if it is smoothly and correctly put into cartons.
6. Carton detection. For checking if the empty carton is smoothly and correctly fed onto conveyor.
