Full servo motor control system with function of Dynamic compensation and mechanical variance adjustment,for the blister cutting difference caused by temperature,which will be precise to be 0.1mm.and the vertical pouch has no waste material,reduce about 33 percent of waste than the traditional machien.at the same time,the machine can guarantee steel seal on the correct postion all the time.
 

1. High speed

   With transmission rate of 100M/min ,under control of BECHHOFF PLC,five combined servo control axis working coordinately to guarantee forming bags,driving film,sealing,steel sealing,pouching to be synchronized at speed of 200 pouch times per min.
