Application
Our high-speed reciprocating tablet packing machine is developed for aluminum foil with 70-100 micron, stable speed can reach 180 bags/min.
The machine uses new reciprocating longitudinal sealing device, cutter axis is made of high intensity aviation aluminum. And have automatic & manual rotary vane servo feeding device, as well as automatic film connecting device in non-stop condition. In the case of blister machine lack of materials, behind machines can run continuously.
1.The body structures made of cold-cool steel.
2.The machine shell and connect parts with the product adopt #304 stainless steel.
3.The machine surface adopts the epoxy resins electrostatic powder coating, the body needs 7 procedures strict treatment, the treated steel meets the ST2 requirements, and with more than 500H of the salt fog resistance.
4.Full servo control system: the main electric parts adopt imported brands. The various parameters can be displayed on the big color LCD touch screen.
5.The rugged security guard and safety warning signs.
6.To add the longitudinal sealing opening and closing device: the sealing device controls the automatically separate through the cylinder, in order to avoid the film scald.
