Application:
Shrink Packaging Machine(FFB) is suitable for packing group bottles, kids toy, bottles, paper cup, instant noodles, food box, batteries, soap, bowls or barrels of convenience food, fruit, milk, milk tea, fine dried noodle, slice buns, disposable tableware, several yogurt cup, toothpaste, cosmetics, mosquito-repellent incense, and outer heat shrinkable packaging.
Features:
1. Automatic shrink packing machine , with servo motor, with special made conveyor , for stably packing yakult in many bottles,save time ,and improve efficiency .
2. PLC controller, flexible bag length cutting, operator needn't to adjust the unloading working, saving time and saving films.
3. Human-machine touch screen, Chinese or English displaying, convenient and quick parameter setting.
4. Both side sealing and bottom sealing are acceptable, to keep integration of the design and logo of our customer.Self diagnosis failure function, clear failure display.
5. High sensitivity optical electric color mark tracking, digital input cut position which makes the sealing and cutting more accurate.
6. Cutting -proof system ,avoid of cutting the products.
7. Stopping the machine in selected position, no sticking to the knife and no waste packing film.
8. Heating shrink process is in a very short time ,the hot air have no effect on yakult , in accordance with food saniary request.
9. All the controls are achieved by software, convenient for function adjusting and upgrading.
